The Master Class Lineup
1. Island Jam
A fun, funky, easy-to-follow dance workout jamming to groovy Hip Hop, South American Latin, Caribbean Soca, and Dance Hall Reggae. Have a great time getting fit while learning new moves. No dance experience needed—just "attitude" and a willingness to have fun!
2. Aqua Splash
This "fun in the sun" complete body workout allows you to discover the beauty of buoyancy. You'll burn calories, improve fitness, muscle balance, tone, and flexibility while being easy on your joints.
3. Fit Ball Core
Designed with a focus on the core to improve strength, balance, stability, mobility, and posture—all while having fun playing with the ball.
4. Circuit Flow 6X4
A challenging circuit workout using a series of 6 exercises repeated 4 times. It's a great way to test and challenge your fitness limits.
5. Let's Take It Outside
Boot camp style interval workout designed to challenge your strength and cardiovascular system using body weight and maximizing opportunities naturally found outdoors.
